Refunds & Returns
Our mission is to create the tastiest and freshest frozen food for you to enjoy at home. However, if something isn’t right, you are entitled for a full refund if the product is damaged, or faulty. Please take a picture of the item and packaging and email our customer service team on email@example.com and include name, address, order number and description of faulty item(s).
Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund for any perishable items you change your mind about after your delivery.
Our returns policy is in accordance with statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Missing or wrong items delivered
If you receive your order with items missing or you receive the wrong items, please can you contact the customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 8106 8845 who will be more than happy to amend.
You will be not be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your damaged or faulty item. Our customer service team will arrange collection free of charge.
Amending your order
If you wish to amend your order before it has been dispatched, in some circumstances this is possible. Please email our customer service team on email@example.com and include name, address, order number with you change request.
